- Product Strategy/Planning:
- Setting the vision, strategy, road map, and the features of the product with unique value proposition based on customer needs.
- Make strategic product decisions through analyzing the market and competitive conditions.
- Product Development:
- Leading, guiding, and influencing the cross-functional teams between market research, content development, operations, and project management in existing products’ assessment & revamp for providing the right product according to customer needs.
- Leading, guiding, and influencing the cross-functional teams between market research, content development, operations, and project management in developing new products according to customer needs.
- Supervising & working closely with product development teams to ensure that teams have all of the information they need to deliver the product according to the agreed product scope.
- Product Management:
- Leading, guiding, and influencing the cross-functional team between marketing, sales, customer service in product management to ensure product success.
- Developing & implementing product marketing plan with cooperation to commercial sector stakeholders (Marcom, Digital marketing, Sales, promotion, and project management).
- Managing the productivity & effectiveness of the marketing plan.
- Supervising the implementation of marketing projects to ensure that the project cycle is completed, meeting agreed project parameters (Scope, budget, timelines, and quality)
- Market Research:
- Set objectives of the Market Research plan of the product.
- Supervising the preparation of surveys/questionnaires according to the agreed objectives.
- Analyzing the market research reports & provide recommendations for the product development and product management based on the results.
- Financials/Budgets:
- Contribute to the preparation of forecasting the product target sales.
- Contribute to the preparation of the product marketing budget.
- Monitor the performance of financial performance vs. the agreed budget.
Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Business Adminstration (Marketing) is preferredExperience: 3-5 yearsTechnical skills: Product Management, Project Management
