Job Description:

As a Lifescience Product Specialist and Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, engaging with molecular biology and lifescience customers in various outdoor settings such as research facilities, universities, biotech companies, and field research sites. Your primary responsibilities will include promoting and selling our range of lifescience products, providing technical support, and building strong customer relationships to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Promotion:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets.

Identify and engage potential customers, understanding their specific needs and presenting suitable product solutions.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our lifescience products.

Customer Support:

Provide technical support and guidance to customers on the use of our molecular biology products.

Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving product-related issues.

Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and address any concerns.

Relationship Building:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular visits and follow-ups.

Collaborate with customers to understand their research goals and recommend products that best meet their needs.

Represent the company at research events, on social media, and through direct visits to customer networks to promote our products.

Market Analysis:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.

Provide feedback to the company team on customer needs and market demands.

Identify new market opportunities and potential areas for business growth.


Qualifications:Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Science, Agriculture, Veterinary Medicine, or Pharmaceutical Science, with a focus on Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or technical support within the lifescience field.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer accounts.Skills:Strong understanding of molecular biology techniques and lifescience products.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.Willingness to travel frequently and work in various outdoor settings.
