Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and establishing partnerships with third-party organizations to attract patients to our services. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Development:

  • Identify and establish partnerships with hotels, travel agencies, medical tourism agencies, tourism companies, and other organizations that would potentially increase our customers.
  • Develop and execute strategies to attract patients through these partnerships.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential partners and new business opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging markets.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners.
  • Act as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

Negotiation and Contracts:

  • Negotiate terms and conditions of partnership agreements.
  • Prepare and review contracts with the legal team, ensuring they align with company policies and legal requirements.

Marketing and Promotion:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns targeted at potential partners and patients.
  • Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company's services.

Performance Tracking:

  • Monitor and report on the performance of partnership initiatives.
  • Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of partnerships and make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree.Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in the healthcare or medical tourism industry.Strong understanding of the medical tourism market and healthcare industry.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to travel as required.
