About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Irrigation Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in irrigation engineering principles and practices, with a proven track record of designing, implementing, and maintaining irrigation systems for various agricultural projects.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed site assessments to evaluate water sources, soil conditions, and crop requirements
- Design and develop comprehensive irrigation system plans, including hydraulic calculations, pipe sizing, and pump selection
- Prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications for irrigation systems
- Oversee the installation, commissioning, and testing of irrigation systems
- Provide ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting of irrigation systems
- Stay up-to-date with the latest irrigation technologies and trends
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored irrigation solutions
