We are hiring an IT specialist for the below Job Description:
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Responding on time to service issues and requests
Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
Setting up accounts for new users
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Testing new technology
Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule
Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders
You possess a Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field5 to 8 years of experience in helpdesk or technical supportExperience with remote desktop applications and help desk softwareProficiency in Windows/Linux/Mac OSYou possess strong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsYou have good interpersonal and communication skills
