- Manage the entire hiring process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer extensions.
- Coordinate all the onboarding and off-boarding process for the new hires and resigned employees.
- Conduct all payroll activities (Attendance, annual leave, exception, deduction,..) on HRIS.
- Update and maintain the employees’ personal files in compliance with the Egyptian labor law.
- Supports staff inquires and requests on all HR related issues (Time management, policies and procedures,….)
- Assist in performance management processes.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.HR diploma or certificate is preferred.1-3 Years of experience in Human Resource.Good knowledge of employment/labor laws/social insurance laws.Expert in using Excel.Very good English language skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
