- Provide HSE orientation to employees and visitors.
- Conduct monthly HSE communication sessions for all employees.
- Prepare regular reports on compliance and activities for presentation to operational management.
- Inform the management team and supervision of any new or conflicting legislative matters that could impact the facility.
- Ensure company facilities are safe, and all employees work in a healthy and safe environment.
- Aim to achieve zero accidents in the company.
- Collaborate with management and peers to improve health and safety within the company.
Knowledge and ExperienceMin of 5 years of experience, preferably in the Oil and Gas field operationsMinimum 5 year HSE field experience. Preferably in the oil and gas industry.Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OSHA 18001, standards and HSE management systems is highly preferred. Possess above average communication skills – well-organized and able to lead by example. Ability to plan, organize and prioritize. Able to work independently and meticulous.Strong passion in HSE.
