1. Talent Acquisition:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the coordination of recruitment events and career fairs.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking sheets.
  • Assist in conducting initial candidate assessments and background checks.
  • Participate in onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

2. Learning & Development (L&D):

  • Assist in organizing and coordinating training sessions and workshops.
  • Help in the development and dissemination of training materials and resources.
  • Support the evaluation of training programs through feedback collection and analysis.
  • Maintain records of employee training and development activities.
  • Assist in the creation of e-learning modules and other digital learning resources.

3. Organizational Development (OD):

  • Support the implementation of OD initiatives and projects.
  • Assist in the collection and analysis of data related to employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Help in the design and execution of employee surveys and feedback mechanisms.
  • Participate in the development and communication of OD programs and initiatives.
  • Assist in the coordination of team-building activities and company events.

University Fresh Grads. (2022,2023,2024).HR Certificate holders are preferred.Fluent English is a must.MS Office user (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Giza or 6th October ResidentEnthusiastic & eager to learn.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ready to start immediately.Benefits & Working Conditions:Paid Internship.Hands-on experience in various HR functions.Providing transportation to Giza residents.5 working days a week.9 working hours.Location: 2nd Industrial Zone, 6th October – GizaDuration: 3 Months with the possibility of shifting to full-time after that based on performance.
