Overall responsibility for managing the quality control systems to ensure the production of high-quality products.

• Implement from scratch and maintain quality inspection, testing, and evaluation methods across production lines.
• Develops and implements quality assurance policies and procedures to meet industry standards and customer requirements.
• Prepare detailed reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
• Manage deadlines for product delivery, ensuring timely completion of quality tasks.
• Train and oversee production line staff in production practices and quality assessment of goods.
• Track products through the manufacturing process to guarantee all processes are executed correctly.
• Conduct thorough and recorded inspections of final products, ensuring compliance with industry and company standards.
• Identify and eliminate products that do not meet quality standards, and investigate root causes of product problems.
• Set quality goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the department.
• Leads quality improvement initiatives and ensures compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Hire and interview quality team.
