- This is a full-time on-site role for an AVAYA Senior Engineer at TRACK TELECOM located in Giza, Egypt.
- As an AVAYA Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining AVAYA telecommunication systems, troubleshooting and resolving issues, designing and implementing upgrades, and providing technical support.
- You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AVAYA systems with other technology solutions.
Experience min. 3 years.Expert knowledge of AVAYA telecommunication systems, including configuration, administration, and troubleshootingProficient in IP telephony protocols (SIP, H.323) and networkingExperience in designing and implementing AVAYA system upgrades and integration with other technologiesStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and in a teamAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasksRelevant AVAYA certifications (e.g., ACSS, ACSE) is a plusBachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
