Responsible for creating internal communications content and forums that create excitement, drive engagement, align teams and individuals, and shape culture.
How you will do it?
- Be an innovative, dynamic, and creative content generator across multiple platforms and channels, with the goal of better capturing the interest of our people.
- Creates and edits content for a wide range of internal communications, including corporate communications, announcements, targeted e-mails, videos, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Ensures that internal communications are communicated to employees in a clear, timely, and effective manner
- Using style and format for high-level professional writing.
- Establishes clear communication action plans, schedules, milestones, and calendars to support internal communications that help culture, drive engagement, and deliver results.
- Ensures communication strategy is consistent and reflects the organization’s strategic vision.
- Publishes videos and images on all company platforms.
- Coordinate quarterly recognition awards, aligned with business leaders
- Establishes and runs all L&D surveys.
- Identifies key engagement drivers and develops a supporting internal communication plan to inform, inspire, and involve employees at all levels.
What we look for? Bachelor's degree in business or marketing.2-4 years of relevant, solid experience.A proven track record of successfully delivering effective, high-quality internal communications and engagement projects.Experienced in content creation and can deal easily with social platforms.Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.Excellent English communication, verbal and written, is a must.Fast, creative, and dynamic character.
