- Partner with hiring managers to recruit , screen , and interview top talent .
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires
- Maintain accurate employee records and database
- Assist with performance Appraisal precess
- Investigating and resolving employee relatins issues
- Fill forms (1,2,6) of social insurance
- preparing Attendance data (absence , leave , overtime ,etc )
- Dealing with labour Office , Responding to worker`s camplaints and preparing documents required for the labor office
Proven working experience as HR Generalist BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field.Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in HR generalist or similar role strong understanding of HR principles and practices Excellent communication ,interpersonnel, and Time Managment Knowledge of HR systems and databases In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
