- Execution and fulfillment of the export sales annual targets for the geographical area.
- Satisfying clients’ needs starting from placing an order and until the products are sold.
- Manages key client and customer relationships to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct visits to different major accounts/customers and introduce the company products.
- Suggest new promotional offers relevant to the business.
- Maintaining reporting system for the monthly, quarterly and yearly budget comparisons between the actual and the forecasts.
- Representing the company in all internal and external events, exhibitions, trade visits and seminars related to the company's exports.
- Maintain strategic business relationships with major accounts to promote brand awareness and profitable business relationships.
- Negotiating prices, payment terms and conditions and maintaining clients’ satisfaction
- Responsible for the monthly shipping schedules subdivided into countries and products.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Building and maintaining the client database using CRM software and customer service channels of market distribution and end-user preferences
Bachelor' Degree in Marketing / Logistics / Languages or any related filed of study.Excellent command of Arabic and English (French is a plus)Minimum 4 years of experience.Experience in African markets is a must.Building material industry experience is preferable.Strong Sales Closure.Strong New Market Entry Experience.Customer Oriented.
