- Develop & execute a sales plan. Generate and qualify new leads and close deals.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
- Work to meet monthly targets by either inbound & outbound leads.
- Share in product pricing and positioning strategies
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
- Form thorough detailed knowledge of technical specifications and features of offered products and services.
- Build strong relation with new customers, collect information about their needs to improve existing products and work on maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts conditions to meet both client & company objectives.
- Keep customer database accurate & updated.
- Organizing sales visits, facilitate demo requests, potential clients’ visits and making technical presentations demonstrate how products meet client needs.
- Provide feedback of sales activities to concerned teams to be reflected on both marketing & technicals plans.
