Job Description:
- Select & recommend sales (all seniors) to make his ideal team.
- Interview senior sales as technical interview after HR first interview.
- Make one to one meeting with existed sales to break the ice with them.
- Train new sales till they are on track on a previous clear train policy that has been already set
- Help potential clients buy or sell properties.
- Responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals.
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals & achieve his team target.
Follow up & support with his sales such as:-
- Note & comment on sales performance on crm.
- Giving sales presentations to arrange or projects of prospective clients.
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
- Visiting clients and going on site visits with his own clients & with all his sales & if his senior sales asked for his help.
- Answering client questions and handling objections.
- Supporting team members & coronate efforts between them.
- Make with admin assistance daily, weekly & monthly reports with all important info & deliver it to sales manager.
- Representing the company & be a good model for his sales in attendance, attitude, appearance, achieving....etc
A previous experience in real estate at least 3:5 years as team leader & 5 years as a real-estate sales man (brokerage companies is must).Bachelor degree.Good command of the English language is a must Good computer skills.Excellent presentation skills.Enthusiastic, proactive and fast learner.Able to achieve sales team targets.Generating Leads on his own.Good appearance & can represent company dress code formal or semi formal.Telephone skills.Must own a car.Minimum number of sales agents he manages 4:86 October & Zayed inhabitant is preferred.
