- •Manage all accounting transactions.
- • Reconcile accounts payable, receivable & GL accounts.
- • Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and publish financial statements on time.
- • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
- • Ensure timely bank payments & bank reconciliation.
- • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
- • Manage cashflow statement.
- • Accounting system implementation (Oracle Net Suit).
- • Liaise with the HR department in preparing and computing the monthly payroll & other employees’ dues.
- • Coordination with the auditing firm by preparing the monthly, quarterly, and annual needed audit reports.
- • Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
- • Comply with financial policies and regulations.
- • Prepare annual budget liaising with other departments.
- • Coordination with bank for various bank related tasks.
- • Managing petty cash & replenishment.
- • Preparing Monthly ad-hoc reports.
- • Maintaining fixed assets register, prepayments, accrued expenses schedules.
- • Liaising with branch offices in DXB & KSA
• 3 to 4 years of experience as an Accountant • BSc in Accounting, Finance, or relevant degree • Hands-on experience with accounting software (Oracle Net Suit) • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) • Significant Computer skills (MS office) • Advanced MS Excel skills including V lookups and pivot tables. • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills • Additional certificate (CPA or CMA) is a plus. • Good command of English Language.
