Main responsibilities:
- Provide cost controlling support for all projects which includes variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of customer billing processes.
- Control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims to ensure that all projects’ expenditures are captured and recorded.
- Contact the projects manager on need basis and closely follow up with related staff.
- Generate projects monthly cost control reports.
- Analyze project expenses and compare it to project budget.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in (Architecture – Civil)Minimum 5 years of experience with the same position.Experience on fit out / construction projects is a huge plus.
