· Monitor the activities of the Costing reporting, financial analysis.
· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual Costing Reports.
· Prepare the annual budget. Monitor and analyze variances between the actual and budgeted results.
· Direct and manage the preparation the Monthly Costs Statement and review with the General Accounts.
· Preparing the accounting entries for the reimbursement in all projects and re‐directed to the terms of Expenses Prepare.
· Preparing Profit & Loss Statement for all projects and review with the general accounts
· Compare actual costs with budget estimates for the projects.
· Revision of all offers & Cost Sheet prepared by the bidding dept. prior presentation of the offers.
· Auditing All Purchases orders for the projects and analyze them for costing.
· Follow‐up the budget execution and prepare deviation reports
· Issuing monthly cost walk presentation.
