- Identify and categorize potential customers and efficiently build a reliable customer database.
- Generate new leads and follow up to ensure a high conversion rate into actual deals.
- Present the company's ultrasound products and solutions, highlighting their features comprehensively.
- Understand customers' needs and offer the most suitable competitive product or solution.
- Handle all customer complaints effectively.
- Finalize deals based on prices and payment plans, adhering to company policies with support from the sales supervisor and sales manager.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL), strategic accounts, and customers.
- Cover assigned territories based on geographic and market segmentation, ensuring effective coverage of specialty and customer classes.
- Meet allocated targets and breakdowns per product, specialty, or customer class segment, if applicable.
- Regularly submit weekly plans, reports, and demonstration requests to the sales supervisor.
- Adhere to ethical standards, integrity, and company competencies at all times.
Bachelor's degree (preferably medical background: - Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Science, Veterinary)2 to 3 years of experience in medical equipment, especially ultrasound equipment.Enthusiastic, eager to learn, well-groomed, and self-motivated.Good English skills (reading, writing, and speaking).Strong communication, negotiation, planning, and selling skills.Good connections with stakeholders in healthcare facilities.Proficient in MS Office.Must have a car.
