- Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Design and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to attract high-quality candidates for senior-level roles.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, detailed interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand role requirements and develop job descriptions.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company's employer brand through various channels and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics, analyze trends, and provide insights to improve the recruitment process.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure recruitment activities comply with all relevant laws and regulations, and stay updated on industry best practices.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in recruitment in Real estate/ or Recruitment agencies
