We are looking for an Hr recruiter full time responsible for designing recruitment plans, advertising needed positions, and interviewing applicants. Recruitment plans deployed by HR recruiters include joining career fairs, sending emails, and posting on social media and job sites.
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods and best practicesSolid understanding of research methods and analysisComputer savvy with working knowledge of human resource IT (ATS, Payroll etc.)Ability to strategize and formulate business plansAn analytical mind with problem-solving abilitiesFluent English speakers & excellent writtenExcellent communication and consulting skillsExperience in hiring both blue and white collarA team playerBSc/BA in human resources, business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA in human resources will be a plus
