- Study and analyze the Tender documents, addendums and answers to clarifications, B.O.Q (Bill Of Quantities) to identify the breakdown of work activities to prepare cost estimation carefully.
- Prepare a list of indirect work activities according to the project’s specifications including the client’s and consultant needs.
- Analyze the Method of Statement to estimate direct and indirect cost.
- Negotiate and compare with suppliers the technical and financial offers.
- Prepare a copy of BOQ (Bill of Quantities) pricing that will be presented to the client, review figures, and punctuate letters.
- Prepare the request for the Letter of Guarantee.
- Collecting inquiries and drafting them in a letter to the customer to communicate with him, and to follow up the customer to respond to inquiries.
- Manage the correspondences during the tender preparation phases including letters of inquiry in addition to responding to client inquires after the technical offer submission.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.Minimum 4 years of experience, minimum 2 years in the Technical Office Very Good English Language. Excellent Computer Skills (MS Office and preferably Candy). Experience in work activities break down analysis.
