- Handle payroll and benefits administration for all employees.
- Track employee attendance and vacation time.
- Prepare and submit required reports to government agencies.
- Maintain confidential personnel files for all employees.
- Handle all employees queries professionally & accuarately.
- Responsible for all paperwork related to Social Insurance and Labor office along with any other governmental documents for Form 1, 2 , 6 .
- Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval.
- Responsible for maintaining the implementation of laws and regulations dealing with government agencies.
- Supervising the process of archiving and reviewing employee files
- Responsible for the Medical insurance process.
- Responsible for all paperwork related to Social Insurance and Labor office along with any other governmental documents.
BSc degree in business administration or any related filed.Minimum 3 years of experience.Food Retail Industry background is a must.Excellent communication skills.V. Good in English.Excellent Microsoft office skills.
