- Responsible for opening and closing the branch according to the specified working hours and the safety terms & conditions
- Review the requests of the branch and the special requests sent to the factory
- Meet with the members of his team to improve the level of service provided
- Review the daily evaluation reports for each department in order to ensure compliance with the regulations and standards
- Monitors the validity of the entry of items on the cashier with proper labels in order to tighten the control of the inputs and outputs of the branch
- Continue the withdrawal of products and goods throughout the day to identify the needs of additional requests and follow-up stagnant items and report them
- Responding to inquiries received on the phone from customer service
- Manage cashiers & branch section heads, and responsible to achieve the monthly target for the whole branch.
More than 6 years of working experience, with a minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience in the same industry & field is a must.Bachelor Degree is a must.Good command of EnglishExcellent Communication skillsExcellent Leadership skillsExpert in Pastry field.
