- Managing the monthly attendance, vacations, and excuses;
- Assist in the recruitment of potential applicants based on experience, skills, and education
- Provide orientations for new employees by sharing explaining company policies
- Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
- Administering health insurance programs;
- Monitor housekeeping & catering performance.
- Handle staff transportation arrangements
- Assist the HR Manager in the Performance Management cycle.
- Follow up the repair of minor malfunctions such as changing the lighting bulbs, installing the wheel of the office chairs or installation of a door.
- Conducting exit interviews.
- Management of back-office staff (reception, office boy etc),
- Managing the relations with suppliers; transportation, fleet, insurance, stationery, utilities etc.
- Being responsible for administrative affairs duties
