We are looking for a young and enthusiastic Marketing / Management Assistant.
Job description:
- Provide administrative support to the management, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the management.
- Anticipate the needs of the management and proactively address tasks and deadlines.
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare documents for review and presentation.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication with sales team, management, and back-office team.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Understand the company philosophy and the product lines involved.
- Handle database management, maintaining and growing number of entries.
- Preparation and sending of newsletters.
- Any other function as required and as challenges arise.

- Prior experience in similar role is a plus
