Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand market share.
Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through networking and prospecting.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to optimize sales efforts.
Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and demonstrations as needed.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management.
Train and develop sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
