• Ensure compliance with security and safety standards when planning all security activities. 

• Prevent accidents and theft.

• Plan and coordinate security activities to protect company assets, employees, visitors and other company property.

• Establish preventive measures against accidents, theft and other risks. 

• Security activities are carried out efficiently

• Reduce the number of security breaches

• Ensure security equipment remains operational

• Implement security protocols, control access points to company offices, and conduct security assessments.

• Respond immediately to medical emergencies, bomb threats, fire alarms and intrusion alerts.

• Install and monitor cameras

• Help identify opportunities for continuous improvement in systems, processes and practices, taking into account best practices, process improvement, cost reduction and productivity enhancement.

• Prepare accurate and timely reports to meet management and Savola requirements, policies and standards.

• Compliance with occupational health, safety and environmental instructions

• Number of workplace accidents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Security certification(s) preferred.

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in a similar role in an industrial organization, including 3+ years in a supervisory role.
