Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in El Tur. The Account Manager will manage relationships with existing and new clients, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries, project updates, and ongoing service needs. Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, coordinating with technical and operations teams, preparing proposals and quotations, and ensuring timely delivery of agreed services. The role involves monitoring contract performance, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling solutions, and supporting client training and onboarding where needed. The Account Manager will also track account metrics, prepare regular reports, and contribute feedback to improve customer experience and internal processes.
Qualifications

• Client relationship management skills, including the ability to build trust, maintain long-term partnerships, and respond promptly to client needs.
• Sales and account development capabilities, such as opportunity identification, proposal preparation, negotiation, and follow-up.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, accessible language.
• Organizational and analytical skills, including attention to detail, time management, and basic proficiency in using CRM or account management tools.
• Understanding of renewable energy or industrial projects (experience with biogas, biomethane, CHP, or gas turbines is a strong advantage).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in El Tur, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills relevant to the region are beneficial.
