المؤهلات
- خلفية في الهندسة الميكانيكية مع خبرة عملية في المضخات وأنظمة الضخ والمعدات الميكانيكية ذات الصلة.
- خبرة في إعداد العروض الفنية والمالية للمشاريع.
- خبرة في اختيار المضخات والمعدات ذات الصلة بناءً على مواصفات المشروع ومتطلبات التشغيل.
- القدرة على مراجعة استفسارات العملاء والمواصفات والرسومات والوثائق الفنية.
- إجراء زيارات ميدانية لمساعدة موظفي المبيعات وخدمة العملاء عند الحاجة.
- القدرة على إعداد عروض الأسعار، والتقديمات الفنية، وبيانات الامتثال، وجداول المعدات، والوثائق المتعلقة بالخدمة.
- خبرة في تقديم الدعم الفني لفرق المبيعات والعملاء.
- القدرة على الرد على التعليقات والتوضيحات الفنية من الاستشاريين والمقاولين وأصحاب المصلحة في المشروع.
- معرفة بالمضخات الطاردة المركزية، ومضخات المياه، ومضخات الصرف الصحي، ومضخات الحريق، وتطبيقات محطات الضخ.
نبذة عنك
- درجة علمية في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الميكانيكية.
- خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في صناعة المضخات أو المنتجات ذات الصلة والمعرفة الخاصة بالتطبيقات.
- معرفة عملية ببرنامج AutoCAD.
- تركيز قوي على خدمة العملاء، وإحساس بالاستعجال لتلبية توقعات العملاء، وتحقيق الالتزامات اليومية.
- معرفة أساسية بالتسعير والحسابات التجارية.
- إجادة استخدام أنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (ERP)، وبرامج Microsoft Office بما في ذلك MS Excel و MS PPT وبرامج تحديد أحجام المنتجات.
- معرفة فنية متقدمة بمنتجات ضخ المياه، والتدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء (HVAC)، وإمدادات المياه، ومعالجة المياه، والأتمتة.

Qualifications
- Mechanical engineering background with practical experience in pumps, pumping systems, and related mechanical equipment.
- Experience in preparing technical and financial offers for projects.
- Experience in selecting pumps and related equipment based on project specifications and operating requirements.
- Ability to review customer inquiries, specifications, drawings, and technical documents.
- Carry out field visits to assist sales and customer service staff when required.
- Ability to prepare quotations, technical submittal, compliance statements, equipment schedules, and service-related documentation.
- Experience providing technical support to sales teams and customers.
- Ability to respond to technical comments and clarifications from consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Knowledge of centrifugal pumps, water pumps, sewage pumps, fire pumps, and pumping-station applications.
About you
- Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 3-5 years' experience in pump industry or related products and applications-specific knowledge.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Strong customer service focus, sense of urgency to meet customer expectations, and achieve daily commitments.
- Basic knowledge of pricing and commercial calculations.
- Proficient in the use of ERP systems, Microsoft Office including MS Excel, MS PPT, and product sizing software.
- Advanced technical knowledge of water pumping products,HVAC, Water Supply, Water Treatment, Automation.
