الهدف:

المسؤوليات:
- تطوير وصيانة سجل المنتج، بما في ذلك قصص المستخدمين ومعايير القبول وترتيب الأولويات.
- التعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة لفهم احتياجات العمل ومتطلبات المنتج.
- العمل عن كثب مع فريق التطوير لضمان تسليم ميزات المنتج في الوقت المحدد وتلبية معايير الجودة.
- توصيل رؤية المنتج وخارطة الطريق لأصحاب المصلحة وفرق التطوير والفرق الداخلية الأخرى.
- تحديد وتتبع مقاييس المنتج لقياس النجاح واتخاذ قرارات مبنية على البيانات.
- إجراء أبحاث السوق للحصول على فهم لكيفية تعظيم قيمة المنتج.
- تقديم تقارير دورية عن حالة المشروع إلى قائد الفريق التقني/ المدير المسؤول.
المتطلبات
• درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
• خبرة من 5 إلى 7 سنوات.
• إتقان أطر إدارة المنتجات، مثل Lean Startup أو Design Thinking.
• معرفة بدورة حياة تطوير البرمجيات والأدوات، مثل Jira و Confluence.
• القدرة على العمل ضمن منهجية Scrum.
• إتقان حلول توصيل البيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي.
• الإلمام بمنهجيات التطوير الرشيقة (Agile).

Objective:
- Responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that product goals are met.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining the product backlog, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and product requirements.
- Working closely with the development team to ensure that product features are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Communicating product vision and roadmap to stakeholders, development teams, and other internal teams.
- Defining and tracking product metrics to measure success and make data-driven decisions.
- Conducting market research to get a sense of how to maximize product value.
- Periodically report project status to the Tech lead/ principal.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or any Related Field.
• 5 to 7 years of experience.
• Proficiency in product Management Frameworks, Such as Lean Startup or Design Thinking.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and Tools, Such as Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to work within Scrum.
• Proficiency in data delivery and intelligence solutions.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
