الغرض من الوظيفة
- تطوير وإدارة وصيانة نماذج BIM ثلاثية الأبعاد مفصلة لأنظمة الكهرباء والتيار الخفيف (ELV)، لضمان دقة وتنسيق وتوافق التصاميم مع الأكواد طوال دورة حياة المشروع.
المؤهلات / الخبرة
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة تتراوح من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في نمذجة BIM، وتحديداً في الأنظمة الكهربائية.
- خبرة قوية في استخدام برامج Autodesk Revit وNavisworks وAutoCAD.
- تعتبر الخبرة في العمل على مشاريع إنشائية واسعة النطاق ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة في العمل على منصات ACC/BIM360 وسير العمل وفق معيار ISO 19650.
- خبرة في العمل باستخدام Dynamo أو BIM 360 أو أدوات BIM المتقدمة الأخرى.
- إجادة برامج BIM (Revit, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, ACC/BIM360).
- فهم ممتاز لتصميم أنظمة التكييف والسباكة ومكافحة الحرائق.
- معرفة بعمليات الرقمنة وأدوات الأتمتة مثل Dynamo وMagiCAD، إلخ.
- تعتبر المعرفة ببرنامج Revizto ميزة إضافية.
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات، والاهتمام بالتفاصيل، والقدرة على إدارة مهام متعددة في وقت واحد.

المسؤوليات
- إنشاء وصيانة نماذج ثلاثية الأبعاد مفصلة لأنظمة الكهرباء والتيار الخفيف (الإضاءة، الطاقة، مسارات الكابلات، إنذار الحريق، الأمن، البيانات، الدوائر التلفزيونية المغلقة CCTV، التحكم في الوصول، إلخ) باستخدام Autodesk Revit.
- التعاون مع فرق المشروع لضمان مطابقة النماذج لمواصفات المشروع والأكواد والمعايير.
- إعداد رسومات ثنائية الأبعاد ووثائق البناء من النماذج ثلاثية الأبعاد، بما في ذلك المخططات والقطاعات والتفاصيل.
- تنسيق نماذج الكهرباء/التيار الخفيف مع التخصصات المعمارية والإنشائية وغيرها من تخصصات MEP لاكتشاف ومعالجة التعارضات باستخدام Navisworks Manage.
- تحديث وصيانة نماذج BIM طوال دورة حياة المشروع - من مرحلة المفهوم عبر جميع مراحل التصميم.
- المساعدة في تطوير وصيانة معايير ونماذج وعائلات BIM.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات تنسيق BIM ودعم فريق التصميم بمهام النمذجة التقنية.
- ضمان دقة النماذج واكتمالها والالتزام بمعايير الشركة والصناعة. تطوير وإدارة وتنسيق نماذج BIM ثلاثية الأبعاد لأنظمة MEP (الميكانيكا، الكهرباء، السباكة).
- إعداد قوائم مراجعة ضمان الجودة/مراقبة الجودة (QA/QC) لتقديمات المشروع.

Job Purpose
- To develop, manage, and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for Electrical and ELV systems, ensuring accurate, coordinated, and code-compliant designs throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualification / Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in BIM modelling, specifically in Electrical systems.
- Strong experience with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Experience working on large-scale construction projects is a plus.
- Experience working on ACC/ BIM360 and ISO 19650 Workflows.
- Experience working with Dynamo, BIM 360, or other advanced BIM tools.
- Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, ACC/BIM360).
- Excellent understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems design.
- Knowledge of Digitalization processes and automation tools like Dynamo, MagiCAD, etc.
- Knowledge of Revizto is an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering and architectural drawings.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities
- Create and maintain detailed 3D models of Electrical and ELV systems (Lighting, Power, Containment, Fire Alarm, Security, Data, CCTV, Access Control, etc.) using Autodesk Revit.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure models meet project specifications, codes, and standards.
- Generate 2D drawings and construction documents from 3D models, including plans, sections, and details.
- Coordinate Electrical/ELV models with architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines to detect and resolve clashes using Navisworks Manage.
- Update and maintain BIM models throughout project lifecycle — from concept through all design stages.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of BIM standards, templates, and families.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and support the design team with technical modeling tasks.
- Ensure model accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company and industry standards. Develop, manage, and coordinate 3D BIM models for MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing).
- Prepare QA/QC checklist for project submissions.
