Investigating Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) incidents and the CAPA process. Ø Conducting a complete risk assessment for all activities and following up on required controls. Ø Developing a monthly HSE training plan for all departments, conducting HSE training for all employees and daily workers, and conducting HSE orientation for all new employees. Ø Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports. Ø Following up on updates to laws and regulations to ensure compliance with legal requirements. Ø Inspecting and ensuring that all fire alarm and firefighting systems are properly maintained and ready for emergencies. Ø Participating in the investigation of all accidents and injuries to identify root causes, direct causes, and take corrective and preventive actions. Ø Performing other assigned tasks within the area of specialization. Ø Participating in and supporting Corona's EHS consultation process with employees (including site safety committees where available). Ø Preparing, implementing, and/or following up on action plans for continuous improvement in EHS performance, reducing accident rates and risks. Ø Accurate and timely reporting on EHS performance internally and within the Corona Group. Ø Leading a positive safety culture through regular employee engagement events, recognizing and promoting best practices, good results, and positive behaviors.
