About the Role

We are looking for an Architectural Technical Office Engineer to join our team and handle architectural shop drawings and technical office activities across our projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed Architectural Shop Drawings and interior fit-out working details.
• Develop accurate working drawings within tight project deadlines.
• Review drawings and coordinate architectural details with project requirements.
• Prepare material submittals and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with site and other disciplines to ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering.
• Exactly 3 to 5 years of solid experience in Architectural Technical Office & Shop Drawings. (Fresh graduates and candidates with over 5 years of experience will be automatically filtered out).
• Experience in Interior Fit-out / Finishing projects.
• Commercial fit-out experience (Bank branches, corporate offices, or hospitality) is preferred.
• Advanced AutoCAD skills with high drafting speed and accuracy.
• Revit knowledge is a strong advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
