تبحث شركة Avelabs (إحدى شركات Arrow)، وهي مزود رائد لخدمات هندسة برمجيات السيارات، عن مهندس معماري برمجيات ذو خبرة للانضمام إلى فريقنا في القاهرة. يتضمن هذا الدور العمل عن كثب مع فريق وحدة أعمال فرامل العميل. سيكون المرشح الناجح مسؤولاً عن تحديد المعمارية العامة والتصميم لمشاريع برمجيات وحدة أعمال الفرامل ومنصات المنتجات البرمجية. ضمن بيئة عمل دولية، يكون مهندس معماري البرمجيات مسؤولاً عن المعمارية القائمة على الوحدات والمعيارية لمنصة البرمجيات ونشرها في مشاريع التطبيقات.
المسؤوليات
الوصف الوظيفي
- التعاون مع فريق مشروع البرمجيات، وفرق هندسة الأنظمة، والأجهزة، والسلامة الخاصة بالمنصة ذات الصلة.
- المسؤول عن تعريف وتطوير ونشر مجال عملية ASPICE المعنون بـ SWE2 لمعمارية البرمجيات، بما في ذلك معمارية البرمجيات التطبيقية (Application SW) المنفذة باستخدام MBD وفقاً لمعايير عملية BRBU.
- تحديد الحل مع مراعاة التجزئة إلى وحدات وإمكانية إعادة الاستخدام وإمكانية الاختبار، والتنبؤ بالتوسعات والتعديلات في المراحل المستقبلية
- تقديم توثيق ومواصفات قوية لمعمارية البرمجيات (السكونية، الديناميكية، بدائل التصميم، تحسين حمل المعالج، إلخ..)
- دعم فرق BSW الخارجية في كل ما يتعلق بـ BSW Architecture والواجهات بين البرمجيات التطبيقية (ASW) والبرمجيات الأساسية (BSW)
- توجيه وإرشاد أعضاء الفريق في تنفيذ الحلول
- دعم فريق التحقق في تحديد استراتيجية اختبار التكامل
- التواصل مبكراً وبشكل مستمر بشأن أي أحداث أو مشكلات هامة تؤثر على الفريق أو جدول التسليم والجودة
- تحسين العمليات أو اقتراح التحسينات حيثما ينطبق ذلك
- ضمان نهج الكتل البنائية لمنصات برمجيات BRBU وإعادة استخدامها عبر منصات مختلفة من خلال التفاعل مع فرق برمجيات المنتجات الأخرى
المؤهلات الأساسية
- شهادة جامعية في علوم الحاسوب و/أو الإلكترونيات
- خبرة 10 سنوات في هندسة البرمجيات مع 5 سنوات على الأقل في صناعة السيارات ضمن مشاريع تستخدم التطوير القائم على النماذج (MBD) في سياق AUTOSAR.
- خبرة 5 سنوات كمهندس معماري برمجيات
- خبرة في دورة الحياة الكاملة لتطوير البرمجيات لمشاريع البرمجيات المدمجة ذات الوقت الفعلي
- خبرة في أنشطة معمارية البرمجيات الحرجة للسلامة مثل تفكيك سلامة البرمجيات، والاستقلالية عن التداخل، ومفاهيم E-GAS، وتحليل المسار الحرِج لسلامة البرمجيات ASIL C / ASIL D.
المهارات التقنية
- خبرة واسعة في معمارية البرمجيات (المعمارية السكونية والديناميكية)
- معرفة قوية بالتطوير بلغة C المدمجة
- معرفة قوية بعمليات A-SPICE.
- معرفة جيدة بـ ISO26262-6 ومعايير AUTOSAR.
- معرفة جيدة بأدوات UML مثل Enterprise Architect
- معرفة جيدة بـ Matlab Simulink وعملية هندسة البرمجيات القائمة على النماذج (MBD)
- معرفة بالإلكترونيات وبخاصة معمارية المتحكمات الدقيقة
- معرفة بالأدوات: DOORS, Doors NG, SVN, Jira.
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة متعددة الثقافات.

Job Description
Job Description Summary
Avelabs (an Arrow Company), a leading Automotive Software Engineering services provider, is seeking a skilled Software Architect to join our team in Cairo. This role involves working closely with our customer's brake business unit team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the overall architecture and design of Brake Business Unit SW projects and of SW Product platforms. Within an international environment, the Software Architect is responsible for the modular and standardized architecture of the software platform and their deployment on application projects.
Responsibilities

- Collaborator with software project team, System, Hardware, Safety engineering teams of the related platform.
- Owner of SW Architecture ASPICE process area SWE2 definition, development, and deployment including architecture of Application SW done in MBD following BRBU Process standards.
- Define the solution with modularity, reuse and testability in mind, anticipates extensions and modifications in future stages
- Provide strong documentation and specifications of Architecture SW (Static, Dynamic, Design alternatives, CPU load optimization, etc..)
- Support the offshore BSW teams related to BSW Architecture & Interfaces between ASW (Application Software) & BSW (Basic Software)
- Guide and mentor team members in the implementation of the solutions
- Support validation team on definition of integration test strategy
- Communicate early and often about any significant events or issues affecting the team or delivery schedule and quality
- Improve processes or propose improvement where applicable
- Ensures the Building block approach of the BRBU SW Platforms and reuse across different platforms by interacting with other product SW teams
Key Qualifications
- Degree in computer science and/or electronics
- 10 years’ experience in Software engineering with at least 5 years in automotive industry within projects using MBD development in AUTOSAR context.
- 5 years’ experience as SW Architect
- Experience in full lifecycle software development of real time embedded software projects
- Experience in Critical safety SW architecture activities such SW Safety decomposition, Freedom from interference, E-GAS concepts, and SW safety critical path analysis ASIL C / ASIL D.
Technical Skills
- Expertise in software architecture (static and dynamic architecture)
- Strong knowledge on embedded C language development
- Strong knowledge on A-SPICE processes.
- Good knowledge of ISO26262-6 and AUTOSAR standards.
- Good knowledge of UML tools like Enterprise Architect
- Good Knowledge of Matlab Simulink & MBD SW engineering process
- Knowledge on electronics and in particular on microcontroller architecture
- Knowledge of tools: DOORS, Doors NG, SVN, Jira.
