TAQA Petroleum is Hiring | Transportation Safety & GPS Coordinator (Head Office)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor transportation activities and ensure compliance with HSE, transportation, and road safety standards.
  • Monitor fleet movements, routes, stops, speed, and deviations through the GPS system.
  • Monitor driver compliance with speed limits, driving hours, routes, and safe driving requirements.
  • Follow up on vehicle/driver licenses, permits, inspections, and safety documentation.
  • Prepare daily and periodic GPS and transportation safety reports and track violations.
  • Coordinate with Transportation, Dispatch, Fleet, and Operations teams to address safety issues.
  • Follow up on accidents, incidents, and near misses, including investigations and corrective actions.
  • Escalate critical safety violations and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
  • Support Driver Safety and Defensive Driving programs.
  • Maintain records of GPS violations, incidents, safety performance, and corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and road transportation regulations.
  • Support continuous improvement of transportation safety and GPS monitoring processes.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's (BS/BA) degree.
  • (1:3 Years) Experience in the same field.
  • Good command of English Language (written & spoken).
