WFM Analyst
We are looking for a WFM Analyst to join our global team in GBS and support workforce planning and optimization activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Workforce Management (WFM)
- English level: B2 or above
- Hands-on experience with WFM tools such as NICE IEX or Verint is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and organizational skills
