ESTIMATION ENGINEER

Job Description

Alupro Aluminium Solutions is looking for an Estimation Engineer with solid experience in aluminium and glass systems.

Key Responsibilities

·       Review architectural drawings, specifications, BOQs and tender documents.

·       Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates for aluminium and glass works.

·       Prepare technical and commercial quotations based on project requirements.

·       Calculate aluminium profiles, glass, accessories, fabrication and installation costs.

·       Review system specifications and select suitable aluminium solutions.

·       Request, evaluate and compare supplier quotations.

·       Coordinate with Sales, Technical Office, Procurement and Production teams.

·       Prepare value-engineering alternatives where required while maintaining project specifications.

·       Maintain updated costing data and quotation records.

Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Architecture, Civil, Mechanical or a related discipline).

·       3-5 years of relevant experience in aluminium and glass estimation.

·       Strong knowledge of aluminium windows, doors, façade systems and pergolas.

·       Good understanding of profiles, glass, accessories and fabrication requirements.

·       Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

·       Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
