مراجعة وتسجيل مبيعات المنصات الإلكترونية ومواقع التجارة الإلكترونية.
إعداد التقارير اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية للمبيعات.
متابعة المرتجعات والاستبدالات والتسويات المالية.
مراجعة الفواتير والتأكد من صحة البيانات المحاسبية.
التنسيق مع أقسام المبيعات وخدمة العملاء والمخازن.
تحصير الطلبيات و استلام المرتجعات.
الشروط:بكالوريوس تجارة أو ما يعادله.خبرة من سنة إلى 3 سنوات في مجال المحاسبة أو محاسبة المبيعات.إجادة استخدام Excel والبرامج المحاسبية.خبرة في التعامل مع منصات التجارة الإلكترونية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.دقة عالية في العمل والقدرة على إعداد التقارير.

We are looking for an Online Sales Accountant. Job Responsibilities: Reviewing and recording sales from digital platforms and e-commerce websites. Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Following up on returns, exchanges, and financial settlements. Reviewing invoices and ensuring the accuracy of accounting data. Coordinating with sales, customer service, and warehouse departments. Preparing orders and receiving returns. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent. 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting or sales accounting. Proficiency in Excel and accounting software. Experience dealing with e-commerce platforms is a plus. High accuracy in work and ability to prepare reports.
