المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- قيادة المشاريع التقنية من تصميم الهندسة المعمارية إلى النشر النهائي.
- توجيه وإشراف فريق التطوير، وتطبيق أفضل الممارسات.
- تصميم وصيانة تطبيقات .NET آمنة وقابلة للتوسع.
- دمج حلول الذكاء الاصطناعي (AI) ونماذج اللغات الكبيرة (LLM) في المنتجات المؤسسية الحديثة.
- إدارة أنابيب التطوير والنشر المستمر (CI/CD)، وتقنيات الحاويات (Containerization)، وأداء النظام.
- التعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة لتقديم منتجات تقنية فعالة.
المتطلبات الرئيسية:
- خبرة 6+ سنوات في هندسة البرمجيات، مع 3+ سنوات في دور قيادي (تركيز على .NET).
- خبرة قوية في C# و ASP.NET Core و Entity Framework Core.
- خبرة في PostgreSQL و SQL Server.
- إتقان React أو Angular.
- خبرة في Docker و AWS أو Azure وأنابيب CI/CD.
- خبرة عملية في دمج الذكاء الاصطناعي/LLM والهندسة المعمارية الحديثة للبرمجيات.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة.
"This is a Hands-on Technical Leadership role. Candidates with purely operational/support backgrounds or non-.NET stacks will not be considered."
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical projects from architecture design to production deployment.
- Mentor and supervise the development team, enforcing best practices.
- Architect and maintain secure, scalable .NET applications.
- Integrate AI and LLM solutions into modern enterprise products.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and system performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver efficient technical products.
Key Requirements:
- 6+ years in software engineering, with 3+ years in a leadership role (.NET focus).
- Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework Core.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and SQL Server.
- Proficiency in React or Angular.
- Experience with Docker, AWS or Azure, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM integration and modern software architecture.
- Fluent in English.
