The role begins with managing reservations and following up on the operations of hotel units, with the opportunity for future growth into supervisory and leadership roles in operations and the reservations department. Responsibilities and Tasks 1. Reservations Management: Managing and following up on daily reservations via online booking platforms, Airbnb, Agoda, and Expedia, ensuring accuracy of availability, pricing, and bookings. 2. Unit Operations Follow-up: Monitoring unit readiness and coordinating with operations, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to ensure efficient daily operations. 3. Reports and Data: Proficiency in Google Sheets and preparing periodic reports, along with tracking key performance indicators such as Occupancy, Revenue, and ADR. 4. Technology and AI: Utilizing AI tools and digital technologies to improve productivity and develop operations. Qualifications and Experience: Previous experience in reservations, hotels, serviced apartments, or tourism property management. Practical experience with online booking platforms: Airbnb, Agoda, Expedia. Proficiency in Google Sheets / Google Workspace.
