General Requirements - Trouser Corner / Assembly Stitchers: Years of Experience: At least one year of actual work experience in specialized ready-made garment factories. Preferred Fabrics: Prior practical experience handling denim, heavy fabrics, and gabardine materials is preferred. Geographical Scope: Residing in Zagazig city and neighboring districts, or in 10th of Ramadan City. Discipline and Work Conduct: Adherence to quality instructions, machine maintenance, and regular attendance to achieve the daily target. Job Objective: Accurately closing and shaping trouser corners and stitching critical curves to ensure fitting comfort and the final appearance of the garment. Technical Experience and Skills: High proficiency in turning and guiding around sharp and angled trouser corners (such as fly corners, pocket corners, and closing bottom corners). Aligning seams at intersections and preventing fabric buildup or outward bulging. Knowledge of proper tension distribution for Lycra fabrics to prevent corner pulling or warping after washing and finishing. Personal Abilities: Precise muscle control over the movement of the piece under the presser foot. Continuous inspection of processed pieces to ensure no unwanted twisting or puckering at material intersection corners.
