Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Property Consultant role based in New Cairo. The Property Consultant will support clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties, offering professional advice tailored to their needs and budget. Daily responsibilities include conducting property viewings, following up with leads, maintaining an updated portfolio of listings, and preparing accurate documentation for transactions. The role involves building long-term client relationships, staying informed about market trends and new projects, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth processes. The Property Consultant is expected to meet sales targets, maintain high standards of customer service, and represent Coldwell Banker Egypt in a professional manner.

Qualifications

• Real estate background is a must

• Good English (spoken and written)
