المهام والمسؤوليات
تزويد غرف العلاج بالمستلزمات والحفاظ على نظافتها.
تخصيص العلاجات لتلبي احتياجات الضيوف.
تقديم خدمات المساج والعناية بالجسم لمدة 50 و80 و110 دقائق.
العناية بالمعدات وجرد عينات المنتجات.
4. اقتراح وترويج منتجات التجزئة أو الخدمات الإضافية.
5. الالتزام بمعايير النظافة واتباع لوائح الصحة والسلامة.
6. تنفيذ إجراءات الفتح والإغلاق الخاصة بقسم السيدات.
7. المساعدة في الترويج لخدمات المساج لأعضاء السبا وضيوف الفندق.
8. التعامل مع إجراءات الطوارئ والإبلاغ عن أي حوادث للمدير والمختصين بالأمن.
9. الالتزام بقواعد العمل من الفئة الأولى والثانية ومعايير السلوك الخاصة بفورسيزونز والموضحة في نظام Empact.
10. العمل بتناغم واحترافية مع زملاء العمل والمشرفين.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
حاصل على الشهادة الثانوية أو خبرة مكافئة.
الخبرة المطلوبة تتراوح بين 6 أشهر وسنتين من العمل
في وظيفة ذات صلة لدى فورسيزونز أو منشأة أخرى.
دراسة مجال ذي صلة في التعليم العالي أو الجامعي.
القدرة على قراءة وتحدث اللغة الإنجليزية والإشراف على الآخرين.
القدرة على تقديم نصائح وإرشادات عامة.

What You Will Do
An integral member of the Spa, the Spa Therapist position performs body and esthetical treatments according to established Four Seasons and specific treatment protocols and procedures. Exceptional customer service and the understanding of the guests' needs are an essential part of this role due to the one-to-one nature of the role.
Stocking and cleanliness of treatment rooms.
Customization of treatments to meet guests' needs.
Provide 50, 80, and 110-minute massage services and body.
Maintain equipment and sample inventory of products.
4. Suggest and promote retail products or additional services.
5. Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations.
6. Perform opening and closing procedures to the female area.
7. Helps promote the massage to the SPA members and the hotel guests.
8. Handle emergency procedures and report any accidents to your manager and security.
9. Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in Empact.
10. Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
What You Bring
High School education or equivalent experience.
Experience required is from 6 months to 2 years of employment
In-related position with Four Seasons or other organization.
Studying a related field in secondary (college) education.
Ability to read and speak English and supervise others.
Ability to offer general types advice.
