مهندس DevOps ليتولى إدارة وتطوير بنيتنا التحتية السحابية، وأنابيب CI/CD، وممارسات الموثوقية. ستلعب دورًا رئيسيًا في تمكين تقديم منتجات سريعة وآمنة ومرنة مع العمل عن كثب مع فرق الهندسة والمنتجات والأمان.
ما ستفعله:
- تصميم وبناء وصيانة بنية تحتية سحابية قابلة للتوسع (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- إدارة أنابيب CI/CD وأتمتة النشر
- تحسين موثوقية النظام وتوافره وأدائه (بعقلية SRE)
- تطبيق البنية التحتية ككود (Terraform وCloudFormation وما إلى ذلك)
- تحسين أنظمة المراقبة والتسجيل والتنبيه
- ضمان الأمان والامتثال وأفضل الممارسات عبر مختلف البيئات
- دعم أنظمة الإنتاج وقيادة الاستجابة للحوادث عند الحاجة
- المساهمة في تطبيق أفضل ممارسات DevOps عبر الفرق
للنجاح في هذا الدور، ستكون بحاجة إلى:
- خبرة مهنية تزيد عن 3 سنوات في هندسة DevOps.
- خبرة قوية في المنصات السحابية (يفضل AWS)
- خلفية صلبة في Linux والشبكات وبنية الأنظمة
- خبرة في الحاويات وإدارتها (Docker، Kubernetes)
- إتقان أدوات CI/CD
- خبرة عملية في أدوات IaC
- خبرة عملية في Kubernetes أمر ضروري
- دراية بأدوات المراقبة
- مهارات قوية في كتابة البرامج النصية (Bash أو Python أو ما شابه)
- خبرة في بيئات الإنتاج عالية التوافر، وتعتبر الخبرة في التكنولوجيا المالية (Fintech) ميزة إضافية
We’re looking for a
DevOps Engineer to own and evolve our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and reliability practices. You’ll play a key role in enabling fast, secure, and resilient product delivery while working closely with engineering, product, and security teams.
What you'll do:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Own CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
- Improve system reliability, availability, and performance (SRE mindset)
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)
- Enhance monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
- Ensure security, compliance, and best practices across environments
- Support production systems and lead incident response when needed
- Contribute to DevOps best practices across teams
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:
- 3+ years of professional experience in DevOps Engineering.
- Strong experience in cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Solid background in Linux, networking, and system architecture
- Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools
- Hands-on experience with IaC tools
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes is a must
- Familiarity with monitoring tools
- Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar)
- Experience in high-availability, production environments, Fintech is a plus
