InnovationTeam is a pioneering tech firm dedicated to developing cutting-edge solutions for our clients. We are on the lookout for a Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. This role is essential to ensuring the financial health and integrity of our operations.
As a Senior Accountant at InnovationTeam, you will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, conducting analyses of financial data, and ensuring compliance with applicable financial regulations. You will also be involved in strategic financial planning and budgeting, contributing to the overall financial strategy of the company.
The successful candidate will possess advanced accounting skills, an analytical mindset, and a passion for accuracy. You will work closely with various departments to provide financial insights that drive our business decisions.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports
• Performing variance analysis and budgetary controls
• Ensuring compliance with IFRS and other financial regulations
• Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
• Coordinating audits and liaising with auditors
• Maintaining general ledger and reconciling accounts
• Providing mentorship and guidance to junior accounting staff
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements in our accounting workflows

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial regulations
• Experience with financial reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
• Familiar with ERP Systems
• 1+ year of earlier work Experience in KSA Must
