Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt for a Hotel Operations Specialist. The specialist will oversee daily operational tasks, streamline hotel booking processes, and ensure smooth communication between hotels and travel agencies. Responsibilities include managing sales operations, resolving client inquiries, collaborating with internal teams like sales and project management, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. The specialist will also analyze operational performance and contribute to optimizing workflows and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

. Travel and tourism B2B Sector experience is a must minimum two years.

. Proficiency in English is a must.

• Knowledge of the travel and hospitality industry is a distinct advantage.
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess operational data and identify areas of improvement.
• Excellent Communication skills for clear and effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in Sales and Operations Management to drive business and ensure consistency in services.
• Experience in Project Management for overseeing hotel-related initiatives and improving processes.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in high-paced environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
