Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Reliability Management Framework, including RAM, MTBF/MTTR, RCA, RCM, FMEA/FMECA, CBM/PdM, and Asset Health.
• Approve reliability methods, condition criteria, health scoring, and maintenance strategy recommendations.
• Analyze reliability, performance, cost, and value data to support asset decisions.
• Lead the Reliability & Performance team across Facility/MEP and predictive-maintenance activities.
• Provide reliability and degradation evidence for risk, lifecycle, and renewal decisions.
• Support Asset Management Committee activities and asset condition assessments.
• Drive corrective actions, chronic-failure elimination, and continual improvement.
• Establish reliability baselines, monitoring requirements, and the initial Asset Health model during mobilization.
• Review RAMS and maintainability evidence and optimize maintenance strategies during handover and steady state.
• Maintain clear boundaries between reliability engineering, planning/scheduling, and maintenance execution.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; postgraduate study or professional registration is desirable.
• 10+ years of reliability or maintenance-engineering experience, including 3+ years in leadership of complex infrastructure or Facility/MEP reliability.
• Strong experience in reliability engineering, RCA, RCM, FMEA/FMECA, and maintenance optimization.
• Knowledge of condition monitoring, CBM/PdM, Asset Health, and reliability analysis.
• Ability to interpret performance, risk, and cost data and provide clear technical recommendations.
• Working knowledge of ISO 55001, BS EN 13306, BS EN 15341, ISO 17359, IEC 60812, and relevant RCM/ISO 14224 principles.
• Advanced experience using EAM/CMMS data for failure, maintenance, condition, and cost analysis.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills across multidisciplinary infrastructure assets.
• Clear understanding of the responsibilities of planning, logistics, maintenance delivery, and reliability functions.
