Tasaheel, one of Egypt's leading financing companies, is hiring a Digital Relations Team Leader across all governorates.

About The Role

This is a field-based leadership role, not a branch position. The Digital Relations Team Leader manages and supervises a team of Digital Relations Specialists working on the ground, ensuring the team meets its sales and collection targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Digital Relations Specialists to achieve monthly sales and collection targets Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, training, and on-the-job support Oversee the sourcing and onboarding of new customers for the company's financing products Supervise the collection of due installment payments from existing customers within the team's portfolio Track and report on team KPIs, escalating risks or performance gaps to senior management Ensure the team's field activities comply with company policies and procedures Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members as needed

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma Prior experience in sales, collections, or relationship management, ideally within finance, microfinance, or fintech Previous experience leading or supervising a sales/field team is preferred Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills Comfortable working in the field and managing a team spread across multiple locations
