• Coordinate with different departments, marketing, sales and supporting teams to achieve the strategic plans & targets on long & short terms.
• Analysis of related industry market dynamics.
• Revise and study outputs of different design & engineering stages to assure compliance with initial project brief.
• Ensuring project profitability by monitoring project progress.
• Coordinate architectural and technical disciplines.
• Identify technical risks and propose practical solutions.
• Review design drawings, specifications, calculations, and technical submissions.
• Coordinate activities among consultants and ensure proper interface between disciplines.
• Monitor design development against the approved development brief.
• Follow up on design changes and maintain proper documentation.
• Monitor the approval process and highlight potential delays or issues.
• Ensure project documentation is aligned with authority requirements.
• Coordinate with project management teams, consultants, and contractors.
• Support and work on the preparation of the feasibility Study conducted for the project.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• 5 years of experience in real estate industry and at least 3 years in development
• Experience in real estate, business parks, commercial, or administrative buildings
